Rolbeschrijving: Als Teamleider/ Bouwkundig Commercieel Projectmanager vervul je een dubbelrol binnen onze adviesgroep Building Design & Engineering (BD&E). Adviesgroep Building Design & Engineering Jouw adviesgroep is Building Design & Engineering (BD&E) en biedt oplossingen voor bouwkundige vraagstukken. Bestaat uit een gedreven en enthousiast team van 60 medewerker. Met een diverse mix van bouwkundigen, projectmanagers en consultants bieden we klanten volledige ontzorging van A tot Z. Door op het juiste moment de juiste disciplines aan tafel te brengen, realiseren we samen slimme, duurzame en toekomstbestendige oplossingen. Of het nu gaat om een volledig nieuw gebouw, een aanpassing, een bouwkundig geschil of advies op het gebied van huisvesting; Arcadis heeft de expertise hiervoor in huis. We doen onderzoek, voeren het projectmanagement en designmanagement, maar verzorgen ook alle documenten, tekeningen, rapporten en vergunningaanvragen die nodig zijn.
