Effective communication skills, both written and oral, are essential, along with excellent technical writing skills and functional experience with MS Office applications. Applicants should possess a Master's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a related field of study. They should also demonstrate technical expertise and previous experience with water/wastewater treatment projects, including familiarity with alternative project delivery methods. Proficiency in software programs such as AutoCAD, WaterCAD, InfoWater, SewerCAD, and ArcGIS is preferred. Additionally, knowledge and experience working with local municipalities in Georgia, including but not limited to the City of Atlanta, DeKalb County, Gwinnett County, Paulding County, Cobb County, and Cobb County-Marietta Water Authority, is an asset.
