Rolbeschrijving Als Junior Project Manager werk je mee aan spraakmakende projecten binnen de gebouwde omgeving met een sterke focus op duurzaamheid en circulariteit. Je helpt structuur aan te brengen in projecten en wilt jezelf ontwikkelen op het gebied van projectmanagement. Met jouw communicatieve vaardigheden werk je soepel samen met collega's en opdrachtgevers, bewaak je processen en zorg je voor de dagelijkse voortgang van projecten. Je bent proactief, durft door te vragen, signaleert tijdig knelpunten en schakelt waar nodig op het juiste moment. Je maakt deel uit van een groter projectteam of ondersteunt direct een senior projectmanager, projectdirecteur of programmamanager. Zo bieden wij jou de kans om door te groeien tot een zelfstandig opererende projectmanager. Daarnaast werk je aan kleinere projecten waarbij creativiteit en inventiviteit nodig zijn, soms in combinatie met consultancy. Adviesgroep Program Management & Construction Management Je komt in het team terecht van de adviesgroep Program Management & Construction Management, een groep van ongeveer 50 projectmanagers, consultants en specialisten. Samen werken we aan uiteenlopende, vaak complexe projecten in Nederland en in het buitenland. Onze projecten richten zich op gebouwen in sectoren zoals industrie, (semi-)overheid, onderwijs, financi\u00eble instellingen en Health & Care.
