Licensed PE Certified Construction Manager (CCM) through CMAA Key skills for this role include; project management of design related services during construction, construction management related services, experience schedule and cost management, identifying, analyzing, and providing recommendations for all project issues, ability to multi-task several projects, priorities and possess solid time management skills, develop project management plans, communication plans and develop strong project teams between owners, contractors and designers. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (particularly MS Excel, MS Word, MS SharePoint, and Outlook) and document management software. Preferred qualifications for this role include; 15 or more years of responsible in charge project management, DBIA certified, engineering and construction management experience in wastewater and water process, storage and conveyance type projects.
