Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Experience in conducting cloud-based software training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance user proficiency. Familiarity with analytics solutions and tools within an asset management context, with the ability to translate technical functionalities into user-friendly training content. Collaborative mindset to work closely with clients, partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment of training programs with organizational goals.
