Role accountabilities: Project Management: As Senior Project Manager you will lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring scope, budget and timelines are met. This includes preparing project plans, which includes deliverables, milestones, resource allocation and risk management strategies. As Project Manager, you will monitor project performance and progress using KPIs, and provide regular updates to stakeholders through reports and presentations. Client Relationship Management: The Project Manager is the primary point of contact for clients during project lifecycles, addressing concerns and providing regular updates. Managing the client relationships is a key aspect of the work. This includes managing internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring their needs are met consistently and proactively. In many projects, workshops are used to facilitate client engagement. Occasionally, the development and support of technical content for proposal deliveries are required. You will spearhead the integration of new systems with existing platforms, overseeing data migration, system upgrades, and implementation processes, all while addressing challenges and optimizing solutions.
