Rolbeschrijving Campus Recruitment richt zich op de vraag: \u201cHoe kunnen we interessante studenten en starters kennis laten maken met Arcadis en hen daarnaast aan ons binden?\u201d Tijdens je stage krijg je de kans om zelf de leiding te nemen over de invulling hiervan. Je gaat actief netwerken en ondersteunt het Campus Recruitment team in de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Vanuit je eigen interesse en initiatief kun je verschillende taken oppakken, en je krijgt de ruimte om een eigen stageopdracht op te stellen als je daar ge\u00efnteresseerd in bent. Je werkt mee aan het positioneren van Arcadis op de arbeidsmarkt met focus op talent en aandacht voor de behoeften van de organisatie. Bovendien krijg je de mogelijkheid om jouw stage-uren flexibel in te delen dankzij de hybride werkmogelijkheden binnen Arcadis. Enkele werkzaamheden die je tijdens jouw stage kunt uitvoeren: Het bijwonen van bedrijvendagen en speeddates houden met studenten. Het screenen van kandidaten. Het geven van lunchlezingen bij studieverenigingen en onderhouden van contacten met hen. Het organiseren van evenementen, zoals Inhousedagen en de onboarding voor stagiairs. Het deelnemen aan recruitment- en HR-overleggen. Het ondersteunen van marketing-outreach via LinkedIn om Arcadians aan te trekken. Europe Early Careers Team Je maakt deel uit van het Europa Early Careers Team, dat een centrale rol speelt in het aantrekken van nieuwe medewerkers en stagiairs. Ons team werkt nauw samen met collega's uit het Verenigd Koninkrijk, Ierland en Belgi\u00eb, en onderhoudt ook regelmatig contact met onze Nederlandse collega's. Kwalificaties Je bent een hbo- of wo-student in de eindfase van je studie HRM, sociale-/arbeidspsychologie, toegepaste psychologie, organisatiewetenschappen, communicatie/marketing of een vergelijkbare richting. Ervaring met en interesse in het organiseren van evenementen, bijvoorbeeld voor studenten-, sport- of studieverenigingen, is een pre. Kwalificaties & Ervaring: Studieachtergrond: HBO/WO in een relevante richting. Werkervaring: Ervaring in het organiseren van evenementen is een pre. Kennis van systemen, applicaties etc.: Bekendheid met relevante recruitment- en communicatietools. Taalvaardigheid: Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
